Terms & Conditions

Prices are valid from 4th January 2011 and are subject to change without notice.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

Post and packaging is FREE for standard UK mainland orders above £20.00 inc VAT. Any orders below £20.00 inc VAT will be charged £3.00 for postage and packaging to a UK mainland address. 

All deliveries to UK addresses are made via the Royal Mail's 2nd class postal system.

Payment terms are strictly 14 days net from the date of the invoice. Goods will be dispatched only once payment is received. 

Suzy Lamplugh Trust must be notified of any missing order or faulty/damaged goods within 14 days or liability may not be accepted.

Ownership of goods remains with Suzy Lamplugh Trust until payment is made in full.

All p&p prices quoted refer to UK addresses only. For ROI and other overseas destinations, please contact us for a quote.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect supplied address, the purchaser is liable for re-delivery costs
