I haven’t received all my items, what do I do?

Please call us on 0207 091 0014 and we will track your order.

I can’t get my alarm to work, what do I do?

Please call us o n 0207 091 0014.  If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone we will ask you to send the alarm back to us and on receipt we will send you a brand new alarm.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

If you feel that the resources you have purchased are unsuitable for your needs please call us on 0207 091 0014. In most circumstances we will refund the items, as long as they are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days.

Can I be invoiced for my order?

We can invoice organisations when the order is worth more than £300. Please note goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment
