Developed for people who want to implement their own buddy system. Simply fill in the information such as name, address of where you are going, how you will get there etc to ensure you buddy has all the information they will need should an emergancy arise.
The pad will make 3 copies for you - one to keep for yourself, one to give to your buddy and one to leave in the office diary. Each pad includes 50 x sets of 3 sheets.
